AN6.68 — Saṅgaṇikārāmasutta

Disciples, it is not possible that a disciple who delights in company, who is fond of company, who is devoted to delighting in company, who is fond of groups, who is devoted to delighting in groups, will find delight in solitude. This is not possible.

It is not possible that one who does not delight in solitude will grasp the sign of the mind. This is not possible.

It is not possible that one who does not grasp the sign of the mind will fulfill right view. This is not possible.

It is not possible that one who does not fulfill right view will fulfill right concentration. This is not possible.

It is not possible that one who does not fulfill right concentration will abandon the fetters. This is not possible.

It is not possible that one who does not abandon the fetters will realize Nibbāna. This is not possible.

Disciples, it is possible that a disciple who does not delight in company, who is not fond of company, who is not devoted to delighting in company, who is not fond of groups, who is not devoted to delighting in groups, will find delight in solitude. This is possible.

It is possible that one who delights in solitude will grasp the sign of the mind. This is possible.

It is possible that one who grasps the sign of the mind will fulfill right view. This is possible.

It is possible that one who fulfills right view will fulfill right concentration. This is possible.

It is possible that one who fulfills right concentration will abandon the fetters. This is possible.

It is possible that one who abandons the fetters will realize Nibbāna. This is possible.
