Wisdom in listening attentively is knowing based on what is heard.

Wisdom in restraint after hearing is knowing based on morality.

Wisdom in concentration after restraint is knowing based on the development of concentration.

Wisdom in discerning conditions is knowing of the stability of phenomena.

Wisdom in summarizing and defining past, future, and present phenomena is knowing in thorough examination.

Wisdom in observing the impermanence of present phenomena is knowing in observing arising and passing away.

Wisdom in reflecting on the object is knowing in insight into dissolution.

Wisdom in the presence of fear is knowing in seeing danger.

Wisdom in the desire for liberation and reflection on equanimity towards formations is knowing in equanimity towards formations.

Wisdom in external emergence and detachment is knowing in the state of a noble one.

Wisdom in emergence and detachment from both sides is knowing in the path.

Wisdom in the cessation of effort is knowing in the fruit.

Wisdom in observing the cutting off of the fetters is knowing in liberation.
